Great service and professionalism! I called this morning to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to squeeze me in. During the multipoint inspection, they identified that the rear brake pads only had a few millimeters left. I asked if they could replace them today and they did! This may not seem like a big deal, but not more than a month ago I had my vehicle serviced at the Ford dealership in Lexington SC for a recall. I specifically asked for them to check the brakes as I had a cross county trip planned.... NO mention about my brakes needing to be replaced. Lake Powell Ford was honest and thorough! I highly recommend these guys to get your vehicle serviced.

I am Jim from Littleton Colorado. Dave the general manager and his service staff are absolutely excellant. In March of 2023 my 2016 F250 broke down in Marble Canyon. They worked so many hours 16 to 20 total (at no extra charge) to get my truck running. After contacting the Factory they determined it was the ECM. Dave spent a lot of time calling around the country to get the backorderd ECM. After finally receiving the part after 3 weeks they fixed it right away. Dave sent one of the staff to pick me up from Page airport to bring me to the shop where I picked up my truck and drove back to Colorado. I was an out of towner with a alarming series of issues with my F-250 that the Lake Powell Ford Service Department addressed in a confident and professional manner. I had a quirky schedule that they worked with me around to ensure my vehicle was with them prior to opening. The staff was great at meeting my needs as an out of town traveler, ensured I knew what was going on and what the various outcomes could be. My vehicle was repaired and ready and i was able to pick it up before they closed for the weekend. The pricing was explained well before and after the work. I felt the cost was fair and the work and post work check was well done. These guys are good and customers should have confidence in doing business with them.

While on vacation and pulling a travel trailer, my 2018 F150 diesel developed a turbo-boost problem. I contacted the nearest dealer in Cedar City, UT and they had a waiting time of 3 weeks. I contacted Lake Powel Ford in Page, AZ and was told to bring it in. Even though this is a small dealership with a few repair bays, they got my truck in, diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost estimate and advised me they would have to order parts from the Phoenix warehouse. Parts came in and the repair was completed. Just because the dealership is small doesn't mean they can't make the proper repairs. I'm glad they were there so I didn't have to have my truck and travel trailer tower to Phoenix or Denver.

Update: The payoff to my car that I traded in has taken longer than it should have and now my car payment on my previous vehicle is delinquent. That is the only flaw I have had in this experience. I am extremely happy with my visit today! I highly recommend Lake Powell Ford! Paul, Frankie, Tanner, and Ryan really took care of us and it was refreshing to see such an awesome interdependent team working together to help people out. I am a happy lady! update: I just got done doing research on the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze premier edition and the only issue I have is I wish I could give Lake Powell Ford 100 stars.... The price, the service, the effort and work they put into making sure I was taken care of is overwhelming right now. I love this car and I am learning new things about it every day. Now I know that they are a Ford dealership so I want to say that looking at their inventory I was not disappointed. I personally do not buy Fords, however if the Cruze was not on their lot I probably would have considered a Fusion, Fiesta, or those adorable eco sports that they have next to the door. I am so happy that I chose to do business with Lake Powell Ford!
